1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By creating an account, browsing, or utilizing Rhenuma AI (rhenuma.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Educational Companion & Non-Fatwa Notice

Rhenuma AI is an AI-powered conversational guide built to facilitate Islamic knowledge discovery, Quranic audio study, Hadith lookup, and daily spiritual utilities.

Critical Legal Boundary: Rhenuma AI is not a human scholar, jurist, or Mufti. Responses generated by Rhenuma AI are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute binding legal Fatwas or professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct Guidelines

Users must maintain respect, dignity, and adab when using Rhenuma AI. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to prompt or generate hate speech, sectarian hostility, takfir, or abuse against any community or faith.
  • Use automated scraping bots, exploit security vulnerabilities, or attempt Denial of Service (DoS) attacks on our endpoints.
  • Reverse-engineer or bypass serverless inference rate limits without express permission.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Rhenuma AI platform, logos, algorithms, user interface, brand assets, and custom frontend codebase are the exclusive intellectual property of Rhenuma AI. Sacred Islamic texts (the Holy Quran, Sahih Hadith, and classical public domain texts) remain universal heritage.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rhenuma AI, its founders, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or reliance upon AI-generated answers.

6. Modifications & Governing Law
